These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Kingsport Scoop, including our website, newsletters, emails, social channels, and any other content, features, or services we provide (collectively, "Kingsport Scoop" or the "Service"). By accessing or using Kingsport Scoop in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of Kingsport Scoop to do the same. If you believe any content available through our Service infringes your copyright, you may contact us with a written notice that includes all of the following:

We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
