Who Publishes Kingsport Scoop
Kingsport Scoop is published by Casey Carmical, owner of 1-FIND SERVICES, a digital marketing agency based in Johnson City, TN. Casey spent over a decade living in Japan before returning to East Tennessee in 2011 and has been embedded in the Tri-Cities business community since 2020. He is a member of the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce and works daily with local businesses across Sullivan County, Washington County, and Carter County.
The newsletter launched as a way to give local businesses a direct channel to engaged community members — and to give Kingsport residents a single, readable source for what's happening close to home.
